Advanced (Levels 8-10)
These levels are for the advanced knitter, further along the Knitting Journey. Patterns introduce Fair Isle, more complex construction, and advanced techniques that require confidence in reading and following detailed instructions. For beginner and intermediate knitters, these levels offer a clear point of aspiration and hope — showing where the journey can lead — while experienced knitters will find depth, precision, and focus in their work.
Intermediate (Levels 4-7)
These levels take you further along the Knitting Journey. Patterns introduce garment construction, working with multiple colours (intarsia), and more sophisticated stitches, in a calm, considered sequence. Each pattern builds on what came before, allowing confidence to continue to develop and supporting your progress forward with clarity.
Beginner (Levels 1–3)
These levels form the core foundation of the Knitting Journey. Patterns introduce essential techniques — such as casting on, knit and purl stitches, simple shaping, and pattern reading — in a calm, considered sequence. Each pattern builds on what came before, allowing confidence to develop naturally and setting you up to move forward with clarity.
